This is where we bring ideas to life. CRP’s tool room is a perfect blend of advanced technology and experienced minds to bring out that cutting edge designs required to achieve excellence. Our experienced team works in unison with our customer’s requirements to bring out a design that optimiztes manufacturing process and enhances quality of the output.

Our Tool Room is replete with latest version of CAD / CAM software including Autodesk Power Exchange, Power Shape, Power Mill, Power Inspect, Copy CAD, Art Cam and Solid Works are used to generate complex 3D models and designs.

Various software tools and expertise towards Flow Simulation and Structural Simulations are used to optimize the Product design, Shot design and Die Design to provide the customers, robust  solutions under one roof.

With the software and technical capabilities, CRP initiates early involvement in the improvement of product designs, evaluations and analysis.

CRP is capable of translating and using any type of CAD data viz., Catia, Unigraphics, Ideas, Cimetron, Solid Edge, IGES, STEP etc. The product design of the customer can thus be fully integrated with the design activities of the Tool Room.

Die Casting

Fully Automatic Diecasting machines coupled with SMED, All electric holding furnaces and State of the art tower melting furnaces ensure optimum throughput with consistent quality

 

CRP houses fully automatic CNC Pressure Die Casting Machines to ensure optimum output with consistent quality. Temperature controlled electric furnaces ensure uniform melting and holding while centralized melting guarantees defect-free castings.

Heat Treatment – We provide thorough heat treatment to achieve uniform structure throughout the casting and to improve its hardness and strength. This ensures dimensional stability and improves mechanical properties such as elongation and ductility.

 

Finising Operations

Surface Finishing – In-house facilities are available for Thumblast and Hanger type shot blasting operations and vibratory deburring operations as required by the customer.

Advanced power coating plant and best pre-treatment facilities ar also available for parts requiring aesthetics.

 

Machining

As a single stop solution provider for aluminum components, CRP has a fully integrated machine shop comprising of CNC machining centers and CNC turning Centers.

CRP has a fully integrated machine shop with comprehensive facilities for carrying our Turning, Milling, Thread Cutting, Drilling, Tapping to ensure castings perfect fit machining integrity. Our fully equipped CNC machining and turning centres ensure reduced lead time and precise output to our customers. SPC programs are used to continuously monitor critical dimensions of machined parts.
